The ATi 5450 is at least 3 years old. It's a really really really low level graphic card, I would be surprised if it could run MS Paint without FPS drop.

With 50-100$ you can get a cheap graphic card 10 times more powerful than that.

Ati 6750 or nvidia 450 are really good cards in that price range

I got HD5450 too, and IDK what FPS drop are you talking about. Have u got any low end videocard or just heard it from others who didn't have low-end card? I can run Left 4 Dead 2 on maxed setting, Assassins Creed Revelations, GTA4 and DX:HR in medium, without FPS drop
