What do you guys think of Garry's Mod & the popular gamemodes offered on it?

I once "played"/experienced the Elevator map (which was funny in a way) and did a couple of games of Trouble in Terrorist Town with DJ, and so far quite like it, mostly because of it's simplicity and quick & short games.

Not a fan of the retail version but I'm aware of the custom modes and I know Kaiden used to help run an RPG server, my acquaintance developed this small DOOM mod for Gmod/HL2: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f ... =133300986

Most of my playtime/hours on Steam are on Garry's Mod, so.. yeah.
I only enjoy specific gamemodes though such as TTT, other than that, there's not many that don't seem repetitive.
