RESIDENT EVIL SVEN CO-OP Team

Alright, we've had talks about this.
In RESIDENT EVIL we've been divided into teams:
Umbrella Security Service / Umbrella Special Forces Unit (USS)
specialize in dealing against corporate terrorism and VIP abductions.
Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (UBCS)
specialize in rescue operations during biohazard outbreaks.
Teams
USS
Cpt. "Coheed" Robinson
Lt. "Italian" Biagini
Pvt. "Irish" Mehlhorn
Pvt. Danny McGarry
UBCS
Cpt. "Black" Quinn
Lt. "Ralph" Glasgow
Pvt. "Daragh" Larkin
Pvt. "Horseman" Benson
Captains lead the teams.
Lieutenants are reserve leaders if Captain is absent.
Private is just a ordinary grunt.
Now for the questions:
Which weapons should teams tick to?
How do we seperate both teams from eachother in battle and exploring?

Not the CS anthology, HL one.
The one where HL1 is included, along with blue force, team fortress and HL deathmatch.
