Oblivion: Theives Guild WTF!??!

LAST QUEST, me and the Fox man are tryin to ge tthe elder scroll, but there is a bug at the end so yeah uh WTF!!! anyone else get this problem?

Nope, it's all good for me. What is the glitch?
A CNN reporter, while interviewing a Marine Sniper, asked. "What do you feel when you shoot a terrorist?"
The Marine shrugged and replied, "Recoil."
Sig by Protocol but I did help.....I gave him the render if that counts as something.
