Due in 2009.
Here's hoping it will be an improvement to sims 2, didn't deliver a much as the orginal tbh.
The expansion packs really aren't as good as the sims 1.

I hope the next sims doesent fall on its face like a retard running full force down a flight of stairs and tripping about 1/4th from the bottom flying off slamming face first onto the ground screaming like a caveman,i loved the sims 1 but sims 2 seemed to collapse in on itself,mostly cause i didnt have a decent computer when i first got it,and even after i upgraded,the game still sucked,i thing EA is failing too much lately,C&C Generals,Sims 2,ect ect,sims 3 better be good :-P

,have graphics like Red Steel,or Resistance so it looks like real people for once.

Sims 2 > Sims 1 by far.

Are you fucking joking, Sims 1 had NOTHING in it practically, the expansions were ultra shit too.

Sims 2 can actually last on its own, Sims 1 is just a money grabber.

The Sims games are just a virtual doll house.

I love Sims2 though, although you eventually run out of things to do or get frustrated and just kill them off it can be enjoyable.
The social bunny scares me though : (
