ZOMG HAZE!!! (AND TIME SPLITTERS4 ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG!!!

Postby Aidan » Tue May 29, 07 10:40 pm

Who else is pumped for FRD's (Free Radical Design) new game!?!?!

It's going to be amazing!

I've also confirmed on FRD making TimeSplitters4 sometime after making HAZE. In case you are confused (because at the end of every TS game FRD adds "time splitters will return" in the end of the credits) the reason why they did not add "timesplitters will return" at the End Credits of TimeSplitters: Future Perfect was simply because FRD forgot to include it XD

Timesplitters sucked for multiplayer, with only one usable vehicle. TS 2 I admit had slightly crap SP but it still was amazing.

TS 4 will never be because the story was finished at the 3rd.

The Marine shrugged and replied, "Recoil."

Story? Characters? It isn't just floating weapons on a screen? All this time I thought you were a ghost!

The story is irrelvant. The fact you can't have two SPB500's in TS3 makes it fail.

No one plays TS series for the story, there is practically no story whatsoever..

Now that I've actually SEEN HAZE (Gamer TV hooray), I hope it comes out for the PC.

I like the whole Conspiracy element of it.

Oh yeah, the missions are good, just there is no real storyline to them apart from completing the missions in each time-zone. Deathmatches are my fave, the more players the better. ^.^

Of course, but why make a Timesplitters game without a Story mode?

Last time I checked the SPB500 was overpowered. I mostly used sci-fi rifles.

I think they made a good effort at reviving the WTF TS2 storyline in it's sequel, Future Perfect.
I thought TS1 was very difficult.
TS2 Had some wicked bonus things..
TS3 had a smooth story that was fun for co-op.
And TS4 had better give me atleast 5 more brands of monkey.
