I think it's good. If someone breaks one of the Forum Rules, they're warned without hesitation. If someone recieves enough warnings. they're automaticlly banned.

The people who vote "poor" etc, will be the people who have been punished by the system lol.

5 - Ok in general, but biased, especially with stuff like 4chan.

Well, no offence and all. I think the forum itself is great but the administration could be better. I see too many flame and insulting/offensive topics and posts this way and that. I've seen topics locked and members warned when they shouldn't have been and the actual assholes get away with anything and everything they do (only to be caught later, but "later" is too late IMHO).

That's just my opinion, I think the moderation team could do more to keep rule-breakers down. Spam is one thing, flaming is another topic altogether. I can tolerate spam, but I refuse to post somewhere which is flaming someone for their beliefs and opinions (which I've seen happen on many an occasion).

Note: I've yet to vote.

I vote 6. It would have been higher if Max didn't issue warnings for absurd reasons (ie: Not being funny, for 'Epic Failure', etc.)

That would be abuse of powers. And I believe that any moderator who abuses their powers should be stripped of them. No matter who and what relation to the Administrator/Other Moderators they are/have.

I agree. Especially when a mod breaks the rules and replies with "I'm above the law".

Maybe Spider's warning are abit unreasonable at times..

But my other point still stands..

The people who vote "poor" etc, will be the people who have been punished by the system lol.

Yes, that is because they are no longer "look up to" the mod team, and therefore can see their flaws as well.

Furthermore Kaiden, I accept full responsibility for all of my warnings, they were all justified because of my rule-breaking, so don't think that this is due to personal reasons.

You did - that is exactly what your post was implying - that people dislike the system due to personal reasons.

To be honest, if you take a day long warning for 'epic failure' seriously, you deserve the warning.

Honestly, do you think you can go around this forum calling people assholes whenever you want? You're asking for a warning.
