You may post in the forum, but not in too old topics. You also revived a topic that was out of November 2007, but didn't warn you for that.

Maybe the author left Deus Ex? People don't need your help when the topic is older than a year.

he's been in the community for quite a while though.. i was just wondering.
i've been workin on afew thing for more than a year
that haven't been finished since i got stuck, would be nice if someone would help.
you'd think if someone gave up or finished they'd put a post stating it.

btw alex, you gave me 2 warning for the same thing in the same day
that i didn't know i wasn't aloud to do.
wouldn't it make sence just to give me 1 warning so i'd know? -.-

You're allowed to revive old topics if there's a good reason for that. In cases with those topics, it would be better to use private messages to contact the authors. "Reason" is a disputable question though, and "topic revival" violation is considered insignificant, so the month term is definitely too harsh. Therefore I've shortened your warnings.

However, please:
— do not double post (use "edit" button)
— shorten your signature
— don't mispell the word "allow"

well alot of ppl in the community
were looking forward to the release of the portal gun,
so i think its worth reviving
if the authors still in deus, i should have sent a pm though.

an your being reasonable.
however i tend to mispell alot of things after pulling an all nighter,
an getting on forums at 9am.
hard to make any promises to that, but i'll try so bare with me lol.

so if i think a topic needs revived or discussed,
its better to start a new threat rather than talk in an old one?
