Forum is too long because of the journals. I dont mind people having their own little homes at web especially when it is guaranteed to be visited by some visitors. But forum is long now, and forum main page loads probably worse than it should be. What you think, should we shorten it by merging forums:
General Chat with Fun Chat, new forum members, piece of the web.

I agree, absolutly.

But tbh the page takes 1.5 seconds to load on my 56k, 256mb Ram 1.8 CPU. So I don't have a problem with it, apart from the fact they is going to be alot more topics to read in that forum.

No, I'd rather have the some of the journals deleted.
But you could merge Books & Magazine's with Films & Music and Fun Chat, and name it Entertainment.

Yes, I kicked members out and added members to the Forum Moderators Team.
I also merged quite a few [A] groups.

And not to forget, I deleted about 30 ranks and made about 7 normal one's, and I think 4 custom one's.
