Modding

the "dd" is then stressed giving it a more natural sound sound than "moding"

modding - mod-ding

moding - mow-ding

False.

The /o/ in modding is light, which in term sounds like light /a/.

Also, a word called modifying extends from this word. Pronounce modifying and you get the same pronounciation as modding.

English comes from England meaning the pronounciation hails from UK.

A slight alteration of your UK pronounciations.

I'm afraid Marco is wrong, because modding is pronounced "ma ding" GLOBAL.

True, although if Ê is used at the end of a plural that originated from Latin, the Ê is supposed to be pronounced like the capital letter "I" would be. Just a little spamlet. (Roffelle that word ownzorz! Spamlet!)

Yep.
The Latin letter V(now U) is supposed to be spoken as OE(as in j00) :)
