It seems its taken a while for the new servers datacentre to get 'used' to this new server. Hence the long downtime today. I think its better now.

I notice no diffrence to the speed either its because im using firefox or im on 56k.

It takes either AGES to get on or doesn't connect at all.

For a few minutes, it works fine, then in a few minutes, it just dramatically slows. I advise you to get a better hoster with not an average ping of 100! :P

Ping doesn't really matter here. For most of american sites i get an average ping of 300 and they load almost as quick as russian ones with ping of 30.
