Allright, well i dont know if this is just my comp, but about 1 out of 3 times when i try to go this site it says it doesnt exist.

Also about 1 out of 3 times when i am here, and i try to post, it wont post, and it comes up with an error or something like that.

wtf? is it just me

No, its hoster. He says they don't have money for more memory for the server at the minute, so apache has to restart every 4 mins.

Well, my question is then, if apache is restarted, how long does it take till the site is back on?

Is this still happening? Because we HAVE moved servers with more memory, CPU speed, etc...and I have had no reports of timeout nor slow sites, if this is still happening please tell me so I can get it fixed ASAP.
