All Slovaks hack. Every website where I got aimbots or cheats for F.E.A.R. counterstrike, and Deus Ex are from Russian sites. I don't even understand Russian that well.

I don't find aimbots useful unless your ping is very low. Not to mention I haven't yet seen any aimbots which bypassed newest MiniMTL, although noobs repeat "aimbot" or "cheater" almost every time they meet a good player.
