Anyone heard of the Anime Series Eureka Seven?

Finished watching the entire series, subbed of course, just want to hear thoughts on what others thought of it.

I'd say it's a masterpiece, but hey that's just me ^_^

Kid as in singular I can just about believe (with today's society ) but multiple kids!? Wtf?

I don't see why the show is labelled cool, I think it goes over the border with emotional content.

I find it refreshing, rather than the constant fighting and destruction of numerous giant robots, or aliens etc...
