Tonights result nearly just angers me more than enjoying it like i should.

Any players you guys think we should sell from the new signings? Personally, I would offload Adam, and maybe Downing, though I guess it's sorta unrealistic due to the fact that Adam is injured atm, and will possibly be unfit at the start of the season, and we would expect abit of our money back on Downing. I do think that, with Maxi leaving, and possibly Kuyt and a few others, it will free some bench space for these two players, allowing us to buy first teamers hopefully.

We need to be signing quality players this summer, not good performers at decent clubs.

Build team around Reina, Agger, Terminator, Lucas, Gerrard, Suárez, Carroll. Reina iimportant.

Adopt Ajax/Barca bottom up tactics from U9 to senior squad, secure generations of football from self efficiency. Top down will kill us and now is the time seeing as FFP is coming.

I have question marks over Downing and Henderson.

I don't think Adam will cut it at Anfield, i would sell Maxi and Kuyt too (i'd rather keep them but realistically, their probably gonna leave, might as well make some cash and sell them).

We need a backup striker, possibly even two, that leaves Suarez, Carrol, Bellamy , and two new strikers, maybe a semi experienced one and a young striker? I've seen enough the past few weeks and overall this season to think that if we give our full support to Carrol, he can produce the goods, he terrorized Chelsea twice in 3 days, what more can be said?

Our midfield is very light , we need a winger at least, without Gerrard and Lucas our CM is very weak, i believe we should try to intergrate JonJo into the team more as i believe he has potential , i've seen more from him the past year unfortunantly than Henderson, as with Hendo, i just don't know what to say, he MIGHT make it, but he's struggling at the moment, he played well yesterday but Chelsea wasn't in the game and i would have expected weaker Liverpool sides to beat them yesterday, next year is a big year for some of our players.

Our defence is solid, Skertl, Agger, Johnson, Kelly, Carragher, Enrique, a backup for both full back positions and i'd be happy, Kelly can cover CB so we're sorted there for another season.

Wether we have the money and tactical nous from the board and the manager to pull this off? I don't know, all we can do is keep the faith.

Well we've started doing the Barca philosphy already. Rodolfo Borello and Segura are great coaches. We need to give Coates more games next season.

Sounds good to me, does this mean Kuyt is staying? I thought he was leaving for Feyenoord. Probably will still leave but didn't mention it because things aren't finalized or something... Shame Aurelio never got back to fill fitness and didn't stop getting injured, I still fall in love when I think of that free kick against Chelsea in 08.

Aurelio is a fantastic left back, better than Enrique imo, though it's a shame that he's made out of glass. You seen much of Rasmus Elm Masta? We're rumoured to be getting him. Luuk De Jong is another rumour, he seems quality from what I've seen.

Yeh, and knows where the goal is. Also, in my opinion Bundesliga is in the top 3 leagues in the world at the moment, and we need to invest in some players from there. It's full of young extremly talented players, available for cheap. We need to be brave,

I am so fucking sick of reading comments by moaning "fans" about how 8th simply isn't good enough and that Kenny messed up spending so much and not achieving anything. How short are these peoples memories? We did win a damn trophy AND had another FA Cup Final.

I don't like 8th either but surely the 2 finals should be worth another chance next season
