I tend to listen to old school tracks since, new school is based on the idea of generating money.

I.E - Big Pun, Canibus, Raekwon (OB4CL), some Nas, AZ, and some reggae.

The only new school stuff that's worth listening to is Lupe, and Kanye.

It was always about money.

True, i agree. But pitbull is the only "new" artist i really like. Oldschool is good tho, BoneThugs, Naughty by nature, wu tang ect. i like lupe tho!

Very true, i also prefer listening to old school hip hop or rap. The likes of 2pac, Mobb deep etc back in the dayz, their music was all about street life and it makes it interesting listening to their lyrics, that was real hiphop. These dayz its all this '50 cent' trash with all this bling bling.

2pac was an actor and didn't know shit about the street life, he just ACTED like he was a "thug" to make money.
