This movie exceeds all my expectations.
The Joker was incredibly awesome, especially his introduction scene. The best intro scene I have ever seen. His facial emotions, sick actions like the pencil disappearing trick his make up, everything was outstanding.
Bale has done an excellent job again both as Bruce Wayne both as The Dark Knight. The most important thing I loved in this movie was that it was full of surprises. You never know what happens next! The movie was 152 minutes long and there wasn't a boring second. This movie deserves Oscars. Lots.
All hail The Dark Knight!

I must admit that looking back on it, the experience was much more enjoyable than any film I have seen recently and somehow I was stuck in "find every flaw and compare that to the 1989 version" mode.

I hope this Riddler will bring glory to the name after Carrey almost soiled it.

True but admit it, you were pissed that he only got 20 minutes screentime as Twoface. He wasn't even at the END either.

Speculation (mostly based off comic book canon) is that he will be locked up in Arkham Asylum and the joker will free him

I hope they don't make the mistake of recasting the Joker...

I just watched it. I walked in with the impression it was going to be some cliche money-spinner. Boy I was wrong! The plot is clever, unpredictable and every little detail adds up!

Harvey got on my nerves though, just something about his persona and appearance pissed me off.

5/5

Yeah they should totally redo Heath in CG...

They have to have the joker in sequels, and they have to recast him, they cannot really do anything else, and Chris Nolan is a pretty realistic director so I'm sure he could cast someone who could do a likeness or top heaths performance, or at least be credible enough

They could do a 'scarecrow' and cast a joker in a very small role and place him right at the beggining

Seriously though, i loved scarecrow from batman begins, what was up with his cameo in this film!?!

I think Heath Ledger's death would have settled by then.

Oh and Derek: "COOL party!"

"Hell FREEZES over..."

"Allow me to break the ICE"

"The ICEman Cometh!"

"Stay COOL Birdboy".
