Well well well, not a surprise.

It happened with Grand Theft Auto IV, and now it's happened with Metallica's "Death Magnetic". Yes, it has been leaked. I'm not that surprised, to be honest, it was going to be online at one point or another. Whether before, or after it's release, was just another story.

Personally, I'm not going to be downloading it. I want to buy it, if I don't like it, I'll probably just resell it.

I ain't giving any links, go to any warez site or torrent site and you're bound to find it. Kind of annoying, to be honest. People pay more for convenience, I know from experience (and when I mean "pay more" I don't mean in money).

I only use torrents because it's impossible to buy their tracks and albums.

I hate torrents, lol. They suck, as I've already mentioned. My cousin tried downloading a torrent for Death Magnetic, had 2,000+ leechers and only like 1,500 seeds. So imagine that shit speed. Everyone wants it, of course.

I wanna buy it. I honestly prefer albums, it's much more organized and easier to keep track of then buying/downloading music online.

But it costs almost twice as much.

I wish it cost twice as much as downloading it did, because 0x2 = 0 lol.

Yeah, because putting Metallica's songs on their worked so well for them in the past. /sarcasm.

That was when Napster was P2P software.

Doesn't matter, Napster can't just put music up on their site for free without prior consent from the band/recording studio. If they don't, they must have something really good to swerve round the copyright and trademark laws.

I know how their system works, I am simply stating metallica cannot complain seeing as they are helping them move in to the 21st century and a bigger market.

They won't lol. Apparently they don't even care that their album has been leaked, well, Lars doesn't. According to him, from here on in they're "golden"... don't ask me what the others think however. When do the media ever ask the band as a fucken whole.
