Except for Daft Punk, I hold a strong opinion that house was and is a shitty and uninspired variation of electronic music only popular in the 90s due to the new drug crazes.

Daft Punk are tremendous.

Digitalism, Junior Boys, Justice, Chromeo, Massive Attack, Felix Da Housecat are a few decent acts as well. Check them out

But half of them are triphop... but regardless, good.

I'd say Massive Attack and Felix Da Housecat are verging on trip-hop, not the others though.
