I just watched Popotan's anime series - more ecchi than actual storyline. And what little story there was made even less sense.

But what do you expect from an anime based on a porn game?

J-Rock included.

J-Rock makes me vomit and J-Pop is even worse. Since my mate is heavily into j-pop and tries to smuggle couple tracks on my player once in a while, and because I do end up watching or reading some crap that has one of these two genres as background, Ive tried to be open minded and listened different songs by different bands. Pretty much in vain that was since I find this shit pure horrible.

I love post J-rock.

Ever seen Casshern?

casshern was fuckin great. took some time to get into it due to some odd cliché elements, but left a great impression.

Ghost in the Shell had decent music, and Cowboy Bebop had an awesome opening soundtrack.

only anime i watch is Bleach... but only when there aren't any fillers!

I saw this thing called Welcome to the NHK... it's different from other animes, but it works. It's pretty cool actually.

Welcome to the NHK is one of my favourite books, the manga and anime isn't that bad either.

In my opinion I think most anime series are a bit too depressing and these are no exception, planetEs especially was very entertaining to watch. Great character design and storyline.

Let override this thread to explain what Boku no Pico is.

An effeminate boy named Pico works at his grandfather's cafe during the summer, hoping to make some friends. He soon meets a man named Tamotsu "Mokkun", who seduces him, believing him to be a girl. Later at Tamotsu's house, Pico asks Tamotsu if he loves him, but he doesn't respond. Pico cuts his hair, and runs away. Tamotsu searches for him, and the two reconcile at the end of the episode.

Pico finds a boy named Chico swimming nude in a stream, and the two become friends. Later at Chico's house, Chico takes Pico to his attic, where the two spy on Chico's sister masturbating. Pico then shows Chico that boys can also do this, and the two have relations with each other

Pico and Chico meet a cross dressing runaway named Coco who lives in a fort underneath the subway. Pico slowly begins to fall in love with Coco, causing him to question his feelings for Chico. The situation becomes exacerbated when Pico catches Coco and Chico having relations one night. Eventually, they reconcile, having a threesome atop Tokyo Tower.

I've recently read King of Thorn, I got worried halfway through because the antagonist seems to think Egyptian Gods = the ideal form of ascension for humanity, who Egyptians believed were humanoids with animal heads, and in the series they're drawn very sexually. So glad he lost though, was a relief.



The anime is bad, but it has no furries so it's okay.

I can't wait for the CG Berserk movie, can't wait for watching Guts being bummed in HI DEF.
