Nothing at all.

Though it does support less file formats than both equally big media players such as WMP and Winamp, it also has quite a bit trouble with file types it can support.
Very basic search and tagging. Hard to maintain your library. Thankfully though it does find duplications very easily. Awesome shuffle system too.
CPU whore. One of the larger install sizes despite having a lot less features than other audio players and media players.
Limited customization. Something that grieves me a lot.

Anyone who uses iTunes other than as a store or for updating their iPod/iPhone should really consider using a better media player/audio player.

QFT, although I choose to customize it using AppleScript (and thank god Apple made enough hooks for that in OS X), for example, I have a script which copies my music folder structure into the playlists accordingly

I agree, I even asked what else to use on these very forums and pretty much only got VLC as an answer (which, when I used it, was not user-friendly and was a buggy piece of shit).

I'll stick to iTunes, for now. At least my computer isn't a piece of shit like your one clearly is because iTunes (and Firefox, with the amount of fucking times you bitch about that) memory usage has never made much of a difference in the long term.

Doesn't matter if the computer is a POS, if the software is using more memory than it should, then it's faulty software.

Agreed, but it doesn't mean shit to me since it affects to a very small medium.

I imply this because out of all the things I use, iTunes does not factor highly on the memory-usage scale. In fact, it uses less than WMP does (for me) and it's not as confusing to use as VLC was for me. I have, in all honesty, never tried Winamp (doing so now).

Firefox uses more memory than iTunes does, we both know that is a problem that Mozilla could remedy to some degree, yet we're still using Firefox (I prefer Chrome though, especially now with the plugins).

Video games use hundreds of megabytes of memory, they use a lot of CPU space, could this be fixed? Even if it could, would you stop playing the game based on the fact that it COULD be running better even though it is not actually affecting your computer THAT much?

Calm down baby have a piece of chee-ONE OF THE LARGER INSTALL SIZES THAN OTHER AUDIO PLAYERS AND MEDIA PLAYERS DESPITE HAVING LESS FEATURES

Now go take your rage some place where someone is pathetically idiot enough to argue with you.

also

stop playing the game based on the fact that it COULD be running better even though it is not actually affecting your computer THAT much?

You missed the point. But I'll be generous and tell you what I was implying: That you're pathetically idiotic enough to argue with me.
