Charlie, geeza who witnessed some rude-demz plannning a prank on the headmaster along with another guy, is a poor boy attending Harvard school. The headmaster is aware they both witnessed the incident, and summons them to appear before their 'court' on Monday. Charlie spends the weekend looking after a blind ex-lieutenant (Al Pacino), during which the man tries to suicide - and Charlie stops him. The other guy who witnessed the incident has a rich father who donates monies to the school regularly and is basically excused from the entire incident on the grounds that he has poor eye sight.

The Headmaster is aware of Charlies financial situation and offers him a free scholarship to advance to harvard university if he complies with all his demands.

Not a speech, but a powerful moment nonetheless from 12 Angry Men.

Rambo's speech in the first one is my all time favorite.

I also like this one from Wall Street

The entire speech from Atticus Finch in To Kill A Mockingbird

Everybody knows about it, it's not a big speech but I think the transition is so beautifully crafted. I was shaking when I first watched this scene. The characters MAY have moved on from it, but I didn't.
