The Time War was between Daleks and Doctor's kind, this was against Daleks and Cybermen.

The black dalek used a cloaking device and vanished, which will obviously appear again in the nxt series and the next etc. The 4 daleks were a special cult formed higher up than the dalek emporer. The cybermen got trashed by the daleks.

The daleks are the most powerful enemy in docter who, they make it really intresting, lol. They shall never die due to there intelligence. Besides that one last series in the "Last Dalek" which sounded like E.T go home.
