It's a fun video indeed — it was even translated into Russian on Youtube — but nothing more, it ain't a ground to sterotype, because such interviews, if they're done upright, usually take a lot of time which is spent on finding such stupid answers. One in a hundred or thousand would give a stupid answer in any country.

All I have to say is, Texas is by far the dumbest state in the US.
If that interview happened in Illinois, that guy wouldn't have any shit to try and make us look dumb. I mean, come on, Islam and "Axis of Evil" as Bush calls it are fucking being taught in 4th grade over here.
