Question:

How do I stop people downloading from my server? (For V2 of my RPG I will disable downloads and just post all the required files in a topic on here.)

you can use this tool i found on thesheep website to edit the flags of the files to disable download of the files.

I think there is a part of the DeusEx.ini that disables downloading, in ServerReplicationInfo or something like that :) (bNoDownloads i think it was...)

No that stops you downloading maps.

It dosn't block you from downloading from other servers, Mainman. I even just tested to make sure. Dunno if you have to, but I put bNoDownloads under everything that had bClassicDeathMessages=False.

It's actually GameReplicationInfo, but it didn't have any related bSomethings... but I still put it under it, [DeusEx.DeusExMPGame], [DXMTL152b1.MTLDeathMatch], and [DXMTL152b1.MTLGameInfo]. Dunno which one really needs it.

but your gametype DOES extend on that gametypes too
so it has that properties as well
