"I can't see my server on the server list."

Title says it all.

I don't have a Router, I have some 2.3 connection with a modem. (I'm no good with these internet things ¬__¬)
When I run the server in dedicated I get this message in the console:

Also these messages may help... kinda... I'm not sure [:

Anyway It says something about VER, does that mean version? Maybe I have the wrong version I dunno but please help. [:

First, install Nephthys mod (see Modifications forum), then switch the server to augs and after 30 minutes of hosting check if you can see the server.

Edit: I've had it up for over 1 hour(since you said 30 mintes :p), it says it's blocking his attempts to hack:
