Server Shutdown wtf?

I just installed the mutats TK Punish or somthn and Adv ban , I dont know why it shutdown so heres the log and ini.

Place all .u files into your System folder.

It still dont work , theres a file with INT on the end , Only the .u file is in the System folder and it still shutsdown , tehre are no serverpackages for the Anti Tk mutator. Any idea what the prob is? I dont know how to / what to type in Server Packages for the File.

Make that
ServerActors=MMAntiTK110.AntiTKMutator
