Fast?

Ok, I have searched but confused

An Ex-Deus Ex player is trying to play again and he shoots like 5 times as fast, lags, and jumps from one place to another.

It is not his ping because he has around 70 all the time in some Uk servers.

Any help please?

euh. Most likely, he has really high fps. Or his connection is wireless and is spotty. Or hes using those dual cores and running the game too fast.

I've never experienced fast DX, so I got no experience, but I say limit ur fps in dx.ini

So this will fix the 3 times as fast shoutgun than anyone else? Plus all the shotgun bullets still hit the player and he get accused of cheating
