Direct 3D8 bug

When I start up DX , I host my server , DX closes , and the server starts. The screen is super bright , and when I try to enter DX again it says it cant find the Direct3D device. After a while the Brightness of the screen disapeers and then DX works fine , strange bug.

Lol it must be something to do with the Render.

Look in your DX.ini, and see what it says after RenderDevice= I think it is. Also run DX in safe mode and see what device it says - click on the small bullet point that says "Show All/More devices", then select OpenGL.

Make sure OpenGl is in /System.

I dont have OpenGL.ini and .int , so I cant use OpenGL , I kanda deleted em.

Everyone can use OpenGL. Bump that topic where you had a problem with it, and we'll try to solve it first.
