It is not a bug, it's a feature.

"Realism" is a relative concept. In particular, I can say that cats in reality fly when thrown in the water, and you won't manage to convince me in the opposite :P

Same with "shit". I don't think a flying cat makes things look like shit. Prove me wrong!

Could well be. :P

Seems to be an in-house joke about cats/dogs. Their buoyancy is set to way more than their intended mass. Alternatively, it could just be the programmers got lazy and didn't bother to change the buoyancy value from the default one in the parent Animal class. :o
