Dedicated Server Problems

Basically whenever I try to run a dedicated serverm instead of the splash screen appearing then the icon appearing in the system tray, the splash screen appears and it then starts up DX and I appear in say Smuggler but in single player mode, ie. can access my inventory, my augs my skills and the score menu deosn't work...
Any ideas? I'd really like to get this fixed so I can host a decent server if I get my broadband

ok that is the WIERDEST error EVER!

jeese, it looks to me like u may have something mixed up in ur code, ie, u have dedicated server set up to start a SP game in Smuggler's map

Not just smuggler, whichever map I have set it to play first.
And yes this is one very weird error
