Heeeeeeelp!!

So i start my server, an all that, i go in and adminlogin, enable cheats and i turn on ghost (i have only tried on funline maps so far) and so i go into the unlimited party weapons shop, turn on walk and start walking around, except it's wrong! i still appear to be swimming in the ground (im told) and i cant interact with objects, its almost as if im flying but cant actually fly, when i come up out of water i can continue going straight upwards, as when i walk off ledges or jump down ladders, i also cannot jump! Plz help me!
