i reinstalled DX and before i reinstalled it i had 59 FPS on low and 40 on high. and when i went on DX i put graphics on low and decals off i then went into a multi game and my fps 40 i then changed graphics to high fps:40 on single player its 59

Go to Multiplayer > Player Settings > Connection Type, change it to DSL or Cable — depends on what connection you have
