High Ping

High Ping

I recently re-installed Deus Ex. When i go to server list, every server has above 500 ping. I can play CS and WoW fine, so I don't think it's my connection. I installed the multiplayer patch, but am I missing something?

#1: Make sure you arn't running Limewire.
#2: Deus Ex Runs on an extremely old engine.
#3: It also Depends on your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
(btw, you spend too much time on WoW (LOL @ XFIRE STATS))

Yes, i do get around 500ms for all of them. The lowest I've seen today was 262, and that was in a US server =

WoW is a crap game its got no skills in it , also dae maybe he has the same prob i had? with connection type? change it to DSL or Cable and see what happens.
