Could I have a list of graphics mods/ texture mods that I can use? that dont chnage my .ini file so I can play on normal servers please.

Well , like in Invisible war theres a mod / graphics pack or whatever called John Ps? and I was wandering if tehre was one for DX1?

Nope.

You can only improve graphics a little bit (mostly performance) by installing enhanced OpenGL renderer.
