Strange stuff in my System folder

I found three files that I never added into the system folder called:zshell.exe , zunace.exe and zxumod.exe , when I click on em a black window comes up and then suddenly disapperes , what exactly are they?

I wouldn't be surprised if that's part of the WebDownload? Just a wild guess though.

I think they're a part of the NSIS installer.

It didn't install those files when I used the NSIS installer for a mod of mine?

They're in mine.
Appeared sometime between when I hosted a server using MS-DOS, and when I used uccmake.exe to compile packages.

your NSIS installer was a little bit different to Nephthys' or SlimLine (yours, I believe, is a converted zip to exe?). I think I've dealt with those files in SlimLine.
I'm not sure, I may be wrong

It is Nepthys though, just leave them there and don't run them if you don't trust it. =D Deleting them may corrupt the Mod, so best to just not touch.

Ok , I have deleted them in the past , but they just re-appear , Strange names though.

They reappear because they are created by Nepthys itself when it is running. They are not viruses.

These three programs are helper applications for Nephthys' web download.
RTFM: C:\DeusEx\Help\Nephthys Documentation.html
Just search for the program names.

Yes I had that idea too, after looking through some of the .ini's and seeing the names crop up.
