Not sure if this is rite , I really dont understand it.

It says its missing server uplink , but it is uplinking lol?

Your DeusEx.ini contains a line
ServerActors=Nephthys.NptServerUplink
i.e. without parameters. So the config from advanced options menu is used.
Usually a DeusEx.ini contains lines like
ServerActors=Nephthys.NptServerUplink MasterServerAddress=master0.gamespy.com MasterServerPort=27900
Nephthys shouldn't get confused by missing parameters though.
You can safely ignore the message.
