Mucked up graphics

I dont understand why they are like this , I set all the options too true , im using the Direct3D8 support , it was not like this when I didnt set them to true , but the graphics where crap , any ideas on which I should set to false?
The secound picture is upclose , they where taken on DXMS_IceWorld

It seems your gfx have been lowered. Settings and Display.

Everything is on High , and Detail textures and Decals on , could it just be my graphics card? its only FX 5200 Nivida pretty shit.

I have an inbuilt graphics card. The worst you can get. Still mine is not that crappy. Small tip: Don't fuck with settings (which you obviously did) when you don't know what they do.

Use OpenGL. Direct3D8 is a test renderer.
