But you managed to open IE.exe or FireFox and post?

Eh, sounds like spyware to me, or something is wrong with Explorer.exe. Do a scan for spyware if you can. AVG free is good.

I agree, do a spyware check, while you're at it check your computer for any possible viruses.. Worst case scenerio.. Explorer.exe is screwing up. You can press Ctrl Alt Del, look for Explorere.exe close the process, and then re open it to see if that changes anything, but I doubt it would.

Sorry for the double Post. This is an update. Sheek isn't able to do jack crap on his computer, so we just did a remote Assistance. I took a screen shot of an error he tells me he's gotten before. I'm thinking this is either the problem, or a very good hint to the problem:
