Deus Ex Alpha

Hey, i was lookign at this in my server

In spanish version with no dedicated server i see Blood, electricity emiter and all this effects are enableds, and arent if i host dedicated.

Any way to make all this effects can run with Dedicated server without mtl? can maybe modify some options for enable that? thanks

Hmm... Effects are clientside only. I'm not sure about why they are being shut off on dedicated though.
