i posted the topic "UCC?" in Editing Issues. after that. i was gone to sleep. then after that i wake up. i opened my computer. IT HAD NO TOOLBAR. AND IT DON'T HAVE IT NOW TOO!

HELP ASAP! I NEED TO

Start>run>command

but Where can i get RUN if there is no TOOLBAR

*i also tried to press start button in keyboard. din't work o_o*

Try Windows+R, this usually opens run "Run" dialog box.

It sounds to me that you exited your windows explorer (not IE) or (more likely) it crashed.

Try ALT+CTRL+DEL (should open the task manager). Then select File -> New Task and enter "explorer.exe".

Lol... nah just explorer dead. Windows + R, then type explorer.exe in there. Et voila!

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, get Task Manager, go to processes, Click on File, then New Task, type:

explorer.exe
