Deus Ex Alpha

ok... im learning how to map and ready for it, got it installed well and tut with by my hand... problem is

when it load the 4 views pops up

but not like on the tutorial they fit into those 4 lil windows...

this is what i get, nothing right...


when i load this happens...


i have tried in any ways to make those 4 windows get into that other 4 windows in the unread editor...

it should look like this


SO PLEASE, somebody help me to fit those 4 windows into unreal editor windows...
