Hertz rate on DX?

Depends on ur renderer.
If you use OpenGL, in ur deuxex.ini file there will be a line
"RefreshRate="
just stick 75 in there.
If u use OpenGL and don't have that line, get the newest OpenGL renderer.
If u use D3D, you fail - use OpenGL.
