Hi I have to bypass a firewall. Don't ask why.
I have hopster as my proxy provider. And I tried to use freecap to make Deus Ex run through SOCKS. Which does not work.

HALP!

You can play through a proxy, as long as you have another computer with another internet connection. Which you don't. So basically, no.

www.hopster.com that is the other computer with the other internet connection. Just seems I can't get DX to run though SOCKS.

Not. Possible. The computer requires special software which is clearly not on that.

Just trust me on this, it. is. not. possible.

Special software is not available to you, only some members of Alpha have it.
And you cannot install it on a proxy server. You need direct FTP access and remote desktop or CMD access to use the software. Which you probably don't.

Just give up.

Yes, think they (or Dejavu) deleted it? Not sure though.
