Deus Ex Alpha

I have been forced to use DXSL to join servers, because
my Deus Ex is not showing servers on its server lister.

Attached is my DeusEx.ini, am i missing something ?

Note: I only want to fix this server listing problem.

I don't want to do any other changes to my DeusEx.ini.

do u have a anti-virus like Mcafee etc.. disable it and then play DX. also disable firewall too. it blocks it too. maybe it should work...

EDIT: i think there is a mistake... try replacing with this DX.ini. note backup first...

the multiplayer 'build' downloaded from deusexmultiplayer.com / dxmp.net is bound to another masterserver. It was dejavu's plan about "taking over" the community and splitting it into two parts.

Open your DeusEx.ini, press Ctrl + H, type in

Code: Select all

master.dxmp.net

and to "replace with":

Code: Select all

master0.gamespy.com

then press "replace all" and save the file.
