Deus Ex Alpha

I need the login because my dad has locked me out. I want the Ports open for Deus ex because i want to host. He has locked me out and i dont want to change the password thats been set by my dad i just want to be able to know it so i can "secretly" open ports . Thanks.

post details of your router so people know what kind it is.
i just press reset button but sometimes it makes u have to call out your isp

Um so you need your password to your Router? By default it's 1234, admin, password or pass generally, if he's changed you either ask him or reset router.

It sometimes by default is also Nothing. Literal Blank. It's on mine anyhow.

You can't open ports without the router's admin password, full stop. Just change the password, it's pretty simple. Better still - kick off with ur old man and make him give you access. If he doesn't, just keep resetting it lol.

You don't have to change the password to gain access. He could just telnet into the router instead of trying to access through a web browser, then use a local priv exploit to gain admin/root

Here's a good idea: Stop being an idiot and just ask him.

We will start with that later, Try some default passwords for your router.

Or another option: Download Cain and Abel and dump the passwords ( Look in the readme for help ) http://www.oxid.it

Another option: Check your broswers saved passwords, your father might of hit the remember password button out of lazyness

But ya need to know the login codez from your ISP in order to get the router "set up". pwned?

Why don't you just sit down with your dad, in a reasonable manner, and explain what you want to do, and if he will do it for you whilst you tell him how to navigate it.

Rather than being an angsty teenager and resetting the router into oblivion, or keylogging the computer.
