Abnormally high ping

This is not normal... I have a ping of 700 on RTKM server while other's have normal 100-120. And not only on RTKM but on Alex's servers aswell. In other games my ping is allright, I don't know whats wrong

The same is happening to me. I get 150 ping in RTKM while I've always had 60 - 70 and other bad pings in others servers.

Mine is OK, I have always the ping of the server but because I have set the pre-caching, I lag when I press ESC.
