So many GPFs

I am geting so many gpfs its fucking stupid, I get them like every 5 mins, any tips on stopping GPFs happening?

OK, so i done that, and my PC starts up, but it dosen't load windows vista, how do I fix'?

OK, I have installed Linux, and tried the format C: on CMD, the same again, but again the computer does not work, I need some major help on this.
