Deus Ex Alpha

When I first start the server upload speeds are fast, a few minutes laster they are slow. I use MTL152b1, and MMUserInterface180.My internet is satelitte. I have an Intel Pentium 4 2.8ghz, 512mb ram, and Windows Xp Home Edition.

Could you please elaborate on how do you diagnose that, i.e. what programs do you use to see speed?

i was about to say something stuipid like "Have you port fowarded"
But then again, with deus ex you need to. xD

Chances is are it's something blocking it,
or, your internet. xD
