Downloads Failing - File is invalid

I try to download files they cut off at a random time, and the file becomes invalid. This has never happened on my old computer. Happens on all websites. Does not happen on smaller files, torrents, steam, or anything else. It only happens on browsers. It still happens if I change the location to save it. Here are my specs(Copy and pasted from Speccy)

What browser do you use for downloading? Have you tried other browsers?

Does it happen with any files other than archives?

It might just be that you're losing your internet connection for a split second or so, that tends to have that effect on downloads in browsers.

Get IDM, download from that?

Google Chrome, it happened on all other browsers I've tried, Firefox and IE. It happens with all kinds of files. Layton, how can I test that? DJ, I'm too cheap to buy it lol.

In command prompt, type

ping -n 100 google.com

and see if there's any packet loss when it's done.

I think it's a good idea to find out what actually causes the problem instead of avoiding it by using a download manager.

Wild guess, check your MTU. In command line prompt,
